We understand that the current situation is disrupting your lives and raising many questions and concerns. As the coronavirus situation evolves globally, AMZ Prep has been closely monitoring the situation, and we are operating with an abundance of caution to ensure the safety of our staff and our clients.

All our warehouse employees are working overtime and we’re remaining open during these difficult times to ensure the success of your businesses. Any staff, not required to be present at the office, have been urged to work from home during this time. We’re actively monitoring the current climate and will alert our clients accordingly.

Most of our office staff have been encouraged to work from home and our business meetings, client visits, and travels are being reduced as we are encouraging communication via phone, email, and video conference.

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been carefully monitoring the progression of the virus and closely following the advice of Canada’s public health authorities.

In the meantime, we will continue to be vigilant on basic health and safety practices where our staff, clients, suppliers, colleagues, friends, and families are being made aware of basic prevention steps to remain safe and healthy.

These steps include frequently washing hands with soap and water, avoiding touching eyes, nose or mouth, particularly when dealing with client’s products in the warehouse. In addition, all our facilities have been equipped with hand sanitizers and a routine cleaning schedule.

Currently, we are not experiencing any delays with handling shipments and receiving them. You’re actively able to send us shipments for Amazon Canada, USA or any other fulfillment channels we currently manage for you. We will be monitoring the situation closely and keep you informed regarding any changes in our receiving process if things change.

Yes, all carriers have shown no-delays picking up shipments from our warehouse. We’re in daily communication as the situation continues to develop in case changes arise.

There have been several cases of delays with international shipments arriving inbound, but we’re actively receiving and coordinating new shipments from overseas directly within our sister shipping division. Please contact our team and we’ll try our assist in any way for inbound shipments not managed by our team.

As of now, all turnaround times remain unaffected, but we will monitor the situation closely and keep you informed regarding any changes and processing times within the facility. The team is taking any precautionary measures to ensure the safety of each other and your goods.

As of now, all our cross border shipping services remain unaffected, but we will monitor the situation closely and keep you informed regarding any changes. They’re actively doing nightly pickups from our warehouse without any delays.

Clients who have the ability to ship their products to USA Fulfillment Centers or Directly to Customers using our cross border lanes are urged to continue operations until otherwise notified by our team.

Currently, Amazon is blocking all shipments of nonessential products to its warehouses in response to the significant increase in orders it’s seeing as the novel coronavirus spreads across the US.

Amazon is now prioritizing shipment in the following six categories to be sent to Amazon: baby product; health and household (including personal-care appliances); beauty and personal care; grocery; industrial and scientific; pet supplies.

As of now, you’re still able to send shipments to Amazon Canada FBA Center. We’re continuing to monitor the situation closely and keep you informed regarding any changes and if this stops in the upcoming days or weeks.

Yes, items in the following sections are able to be prepared and sent across the border to Amazon US.

Amazon Canada is currently allowing all shipments to be sent to Amazons warehouses.

Amazon USA is allowing the following categories to be sent to their fulfillment warehouses until April 5th. Baby product; health and household (including personal-care appliances); beauty and personal care; grocery; industrial and scientific; pet supplies.

Currently, we’re still preparing any shipments going to the USA till it’s the last phase of the shipment. At this time, the shipment will be palletized and stored n our facility in ready-to-ship stages. This way, once Amazon revokes its inbound shipment ban, we’re able to release your shipment to the next day.

Yes. We’re able to fulfill orders manually through FBM for both Amazon.ca and Amazon.com.

Yes, we’re able to handle grocery shipments to both Canada & the USA at this time. Given the ability of Amazon to allow grocery shipments into their fulfillment network, we’re able to handle preparation without any delays to FBA.

We’re able to fulfill orders from any other channels during these difficult times. This includes Shopify, Walmart, Amazon FBM, eBay, Etsy, Wayfair and more. We’re encouraging all clients to actively seek alternate channels to ensure success for their business during these difficult times on Amazon.

As of now, there is a high chance Amazon Canada will follow the same path Amazon US took. We’re actively monitoring the situation and communicating with internal staff with Amazon and will notify our clients the second we see any changes in Amazon’s policies on Amazon.ca.

Yes, you’re able to send any stock not able to be sent to Amazon.com to Amazon.ca without any issues as of now. Please email support@amzprepcanada.ca with any questions regarding this.

Our top priority during this difficult time is to offer solutions through our network of businesses and options we have available. Through free consultation, recomendations or using our serivces to help during these difficult times – we’re eager to help and your business is our top priority. 

Fulfillment By Merchant on Amazon is when the seller is in control of his entire handling and shipping process. Instead of paying a service fee and shipping inventory to Amazon to handle, the seller uses his or her own resources and sends the items directly to the buyer.

We’re able to manage the entire fulfillment, similar to how Amazon will offer, from our own facility. We’ll prepare, pack and ship your products directly to customers across North America during these times when Amazon isn’t able too.

Along with this, we’re able to fulfill multi-channel for eBay, Walmart & Etsy too.

Currently, Amazon.ca is still allowing to send to their Canadian Fulfillment Channels. This means businesses who had stock for Amazon.com, we’ll be able to send this to Canada and sell in their fulfillment warehouse under Prime.

If you’re selling on Amazon.com, this is a great time to expand into the Canadian market while it’s still available.

We’ll receive it, prep & pack accordingly to Amazon’s guidelines and send it to Amazons Fulfillment Warehouses here in Canada.
